With the weather today making it difficult for some people getting in we will not be opening the park or softplay until 15:30. The park and softplay will continue as usual beginning with the 15:30 sessions.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions

Jumping on trampolines can result in injury. We ask all our guests to abide by the rules and conditions displayed throughout the facility. Once you have booked and paid for your session with Xtreme it is understood that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to sign the online waiver document.

These Terms and Conditions affect your legal rights, and your assumption of the risk associated with the extreme sport of trampolining. It is therefore very important that you read and understand them.

(a) You acknowledge that the recreational activities can be dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards. As a consequence personal injury, and sometimes fatality can occur. You voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to sue Xtreme for any personal injury or fatality by signing the Xtreme waiver form.

(b) For jumpers under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian is required to complete and sign the waiver form on behalf of the jumper.

(c) Xtreme will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to any of your personal belongings during your visit to the venue.

(d) You cannot participate in the main trampoline area if you are under 5, other than at the designated session (Xtreme Tots/Family session).

(e) Anyone under the age of 16 years old must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Xtreme staff will not supervise your children at any time, regardless of the child’s age.

(f) The weight limit for an individual participant is 19 stone/126 kg’s. Xtreme recommends that if you have weight-related concerns you should consult your health services provider and receive medical clearance before jumping at Xtreme.

(g) You should be in good health and free from any adverse medical condition. For clarity, if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or wearing any form of plaster cast, you are not allowed on the trampolines. Please seek medical advice if in doubt.

(h) These Terms and Conditions include and are bound by all references to our Privacy Policy.

(i) Whilst at Xtreme, you agree to images and video recordings being taken for security or promotional purposes. This includes imagery of yourself and any other member of your group.

(j) In order for you to jump safely, we have provided safety guidelines at www.xtremeuk.co.uk and ask all customers to watch our safety induction video and adhere to our park rules.

(k) You must abide by all the directions displayed on the safety signage inside Xtreme facility. Additionally you are required to follow any instructions given to you by a member of Xtreme team.

(l) Xtreme has the right to suspend or cancel your participation in any recreational activities in its absolute discretion for non-compliance with these conditions, or for reckless or careless behaviour.

(m) Willful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings must not be caused by anyone attending Xtreme. Any cost of repairs due to damage caused by you or any member of your group will be charged to the person responsible for the booking.

(n) Xtreme reserves the right to change its prices at any time however, will honour any bookings where full payment has already been made.

(o) 10%Discount available to Emergency Services, Health Board, Fife Council, and My Fife Card holders. (Must show ID at time of booking)

(p) “My Fife Card” can not be used with any other offer or discount

2. Bookings

(a) Due to Covid 19, ALL bookings must be done online.

(b) For safety and hygiene reasons all participants are required to wear Xtreme special grip socks. These cost £2.50 per pair and can be purchased when booking online or at reception on arrival. Once purchased, they are yours to keep and can be reused the next time you visit.

(c) We recommend all jumpers arrive 10 minutes before your session.

(d) Under 16’s need an adult to sign the waiver form on their behalf before jumping.

(e) Please note sections of the park may be closed off for other activities or uses.

(f) For a smooth and easy booking experience please follow this link to the Online Booking service. Begin by selecting the date you wish to visit and follow the instruction through to payment. You will receive an email confirmation once you have finished payment and completed booking.

(g) All our bookings go through the online booking system. If you experience any problems or wish to book a package deal please contact the office on 01592 771535.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

(a) All sessions & payments are non refundable & non transferable as standard

(b) Refunds or Transfers will not be issued for any of the following:-

(c) Late arrival leading to loss of part or all activity time

(d) No-show

(e) Exceeding maximum weight limit

(f) Under 16’s left unsupervised

(g) Anyone suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

(h) Not following the safety rules or behaviour deemed inappropriate

(i) Xtreme may honour a refund or transfer in extreme or extenuating circumstances

(j) Physical or verbal abuse to our staff will not be tolerated by Xtreme, all persons concerned may be asked to leave and no refund will be given

4. Party Bookings

(a) Party bookings MUST be paid in full 1 week prior to the date of the party

(b) A deposit of 50% of the total must be made in order to secure your party booking date and time. Failure to do so may result in you losing your party slot and deposit.

(c) Xtreme Trampoline Park reserve the right to cancel your party under these circumstances:

Payment is not paid in full 1 week prior to the party date

A deposit has not been paid for the party booking

There has been no response to chased emails or phone calls regarding payments

(d) A cleaning surcharge may be applied for excessive mess in the party room

(e) There will be no added time or refunds given if the party arrives late on the day of the party

(f) Final numbers MUST be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the party date. Failure to do so may result people not being catered for in the buffet

5. Fitness Class

(a) General terms and conditions apply while participating in the fitness class

(b) You acknowledge that yo are physically fit enough to participate and that you do not suffer from any heart, neck, bone or muscle conditions

(i) If you do suffer from any of the above then you will require a note from your GP stating you are capable of participating in the fitness class

(c) Participants must be 13 years or older to participate in the fitness class

(i) Anyone under 16 participating in the class must have an adult accompany them

6. Inclusivity Classes

(a) General terms and conditions apply while participating in the inclusivity class

(b) Xtreme do not take responsibility for the participants

(c) Parents/carers will be informed of any misbehaviour/misconduct immediately and it is their responsibility to resolve the issue. Failure to do so or if the misbehaviour/misconduct continues then you may be asked to leave. This could lead to participants being banned from the class.

(d) All participants must have a responsible adult present with them when participating in the inclusivity class

Cancellation Policy

For bookings of up to 9 people:
We will happily re-schedule or refund a booking any time up to the day before you are scheduled to arrive (24 Hours Notice Required). Unfortunately, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable on the day of your session.
If you require a refund or wish to reschedule your tickets to another day/time, please call our park on: 01592 771535

For parties and groups of 10+ people:
Payment for Parties and Large Group Events will be given a full refund on cancellations made more than a week in advance. A payment becomes non-refundable within 7 days of the event.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund tickets in your booking for jumpers that do not turn up on the day of the event.
